About the Author:
Hi, I'm Liz. I started traveling the country and reviewing restaurants in 2018 for a now defunct company. I was hired to be a "secret shopper" in order to give restaurant owners feedback on the customer experience and wait staff performances. It was really appealing to me at the time. I got to try out high-end restaurants that I wouldn't have normally had the chance to dine at.
Between 2021 and 2022, I wrote hundreds of restaurant review articles for Newsbreak in the format you can now see on my youtube channel and my newsletter (https://restaurantreview.substack.com/). I saw a lot of success writing these kinds of listicle reviews, so I began pursuing it seriously. I recently published my first "Restaurant Review Travel Guide" on Amazon. It's thorough and comprehensive and covers a variety of restaurants in my city, Columbus, Oh.
